We will only ship to addresses within the United States.
We will offer a replacement for damaged items. Please provide a picture of the damaged item(s) and email that to us. Requests for replacements due to damage must be made within 10 days of delivery.
No, because of the nature of the material we will not accept returns. We will, however, offer a replacement for an item damaged in shipping. Please reach out to us, and include a photo of the damaged product, to request a replacement.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible so cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Any items shipped will not be processed for cancellation.
